UPDATED 2025 Affiliate Terms And Conditions

These terms apply to participants in the Oddfunk Affiliate Program (“Affiliates”). By joining, you agree to the following:

To join our affiliate program, you must:

Be 18 years or older
Own and operate active social media or content platforms
Share values aligned with Oddfunk’s brand ethos (authenticity, rebellion, cultural respect)

We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our discretion.

Each affiliate is issued a unique referral link and/or discount code.
Commissions are only credited for sales made through your unique link or code within a 30-day tracking window.

Standard commission: 15% per sale, with bonus tiers up to 25% based on performance.
Commission is calculated on net sales value (excluding shipping, discounts, or returns).
Payouts are made monthly, once the minimum threshold of $25 is reached.
Payments are sent via PayPal or bank transfer (info must be kept up to date).

Affiliates may use provided brand assets (logos, graphics, product photos) to promote Oddfunk. However:

You may not alter our logos or branding
You must not make false claims or misrepresent products
No paid advertising using Oddfunk brand terms (e.g., bidding on “Oddfunk” in Google Ads)

No spamming, coupon misuse, bot traffic, or dishonest promotion tactics
Affiliates must not promote or link Oddfunk alongside hate speech, violence, racist or discriminatory content
No promotion alongside knockoff/stolen/cloned brands

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of pending commissions.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason, with written notice. Upon termination:

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes.
